Our Philosophy

The roots of our nation’s fire service were built upon volunteer fire and EMS departments. Unfortunately, for many departments, the social, economic, and professional demands of society have left many agencies’ memberships at the lowest levels they’ve ever seen. In order to ensure our nation’s volunteer Fire/EMS departments can continue to serve their communities throughout the 21st century, a new model is necessary. The founders of Northeast Fire-Rescue believe in our volunteer roots and developing a new way to ensure that all emergencies are always answered when the call comes in. Northeast Fire-Rescue aims to partner with volunteer departments to provide the necessary operational, management, and administrative assistance required to ensure that the communities these departments are sworn to protect keep that promise.

Our Mission

Northeast Fire-Rescue pledges to provide the highest caliber of Fire and EMS personnel to our partnering organizations. Working alongside our volunteer Fire/EMS partners, supplementing, enhancing their operational readiness, and assisting in all aspects of their organization’s administrative and management structure, we’ll ensure every 911 call receives the highest level of care.

Northeast Fire-Rescues vision is to help keep our nations fire service volunteer roots alive. In order to ensure our volunteer organizations continue to serve their communities well into the 21st century a new paradigm is necessary. When partnering with Northeast Fire-Rescue volunteer departments will find the fundamental tasks of training their members, managing their administrative tasks and ensuring that every call has qualified, proficient firefighters or medical providers has never been easier.

What Makes Us Different

Of the many reasons why Northeast Fire-Rescue was founded, the realization that a dire need to bring quality providers paired with exceptional management services in order to help our volunteer departments was a fundamental element to our existence.

In a time and profession where quantity has often become more important than quality, our mission is to focus once again on quality services for all of our families. Far too often in our industry, we’ve seen a lack of emphasis on quality, which ultimately affects morale and the services provided to the community.

With Northeast Fire-Rescue, we only provide the most proficient and qualified firefighters/medical providers and make sure to pair them with remarkable managers who know how to work with our partners to deliver the best experiences possible.
