We understand that not every department is the same
With a broad and diverse backgrounds our staff brings a comprehensive field of experience and knowledge to the table. Does your department rely on tankers and dry hydrants? Not a problem we get it and are committed to learning how you and your department operate so that our staff can be valued members of your team.
Need help with weekly drill nights?
Training can be a burdensome task to manage. Whether you need help developing a training schedule, teaching the basics or want to learn a new advanced topic such as vehicle extrication or rope rescue, we can do that.
Why don't we just hire our own staff?
Hiring, scheduling and managing staff is a full time job. Let us handle the early morning call out and make sure that another employee is there to cover the shift. As a private, contracted company we have the flexibility and depth to quickly fill any vacancies in your schedule and to hire only the most qualified firefighters.
